JointBrex Ingredients
Four components, every one printed on the Supplement Facts panel with its own milligram figure. No proprietary blend and nothing hidden.

JointBrex Ingredient: Turmeric Root Extract 4:1
The largest single component at 75 mg. A 4:1 extract means roughly four units of raw turmeric root produced one unit of extract, giving a broad profile of the plant’s compounds rather than an isolated one.
Turmeric has been used in cooking and traditional practice for a very long time, and it is the base on which the rest of this formula is built.

JointBrex Ingredient: Turmeric Extract, 95% Curcuminoids
A concentrated extract at 30 mg, standardised so that 95% of it is curcuminoids — the compounds turmeric is actually studied for.
Pairing a broad 4:1 extract with a highly concentrated one is a considered formulation choice. Standardisation matters because it turns a weight into a known quantity of the active compounds.

JointBrex Ingredient: Coleus Forskohlii Extract
Present at 15 mg. Coleus Forskohlii is a plant in the mint family, traditionally used in Ayurvedic practice, and its compound of interest is forskolin.
An honest note the marketing usually skips: most published research on this ingredient relates to areas other than joints specifically. Its role here is better described as general formula support.

JointBrex Ingredient: BioPerine Black Pepper Extract
The smallest amount on the panel at 5 mg, and arguably the most functional inclusion. BioPerine is a standardised black pepper fruit extract supplying piperine.
It is here to address curcumin’s well-documented absorption problem. Piperine has been studied specifically for its effect on curcumin bioavailability, which makes this a genuine formulation strength.

The marketing describes a different formula — check which version you receive
Promotional material for this product describes a six-ingredient formula containing Glucosamine Sulfate (1,000 mg), Chondroitin and Boswellia Serrata Extract (133.3 mg) alongside turmeric, BioPerine and Coleus Forskohlii.
None of glucosamine, chondroitin or boswellia appears on the Supplement Facts panel supplied to us.
Capsule counts disagree three ways too: the panel states 30 servings per container, while the bottle render and the marketing both show 60 capsules. We use 30 because it is the figure that makes the seller’s advertised supply lengths add up — at one capsule daily, two bottles of 30 gives the 60-day supply the pricing table lists.
We work from the label because that describes what is in a bottle. Formulas do get reformulated and marketing pages lag behind, so this is not an accusation. But if glucosamine is your reason for buying, ask the seller which version ships today and read the panel when it arrives.
What this means for the shellfish allergen warning
Glucosamine is commonly sourced from crustacean shellfish, which is why coverage of this product carries a prominent shellfish allergen warning. Since there is no glucosamine on the supplied label, that warning may not apply to this version. Anyone with a shellfish allergy should still read the allergen statement on the bottle they actually receive.
How the JointBrex Amounts Compare With Research
Being straight about this. Published curcumin research commonly uses amounts in the hundreds of milligrams daily. JointBrex provides 105 mg of turmeric extract across two forms, of which the 30 mg portion is standardised to 95% curcuminoids.
That is smaller than typical study doses. The BioPerine is included to improve how much is absorbed, which is a sensible answer to the problem — though better absorption of a small dose is still a small dose.
We publish that comparison because you deserve it before ordering rather than after.
What JointBrex Does Well on Labelling
Every component has its own printed number. No blend name, no grouped weight. That transparency is the only reason an ingredient-by-ingredient guide like this can be written at all.
For individual detail on each, see the JointBrex ingredient guide.
