JointBrex Ingredient Guide
Each component on the JointBrex panel has its own page below, covering what it is, why it is included, and what the research does and does not show.
Every JointBrex Ingredient

The largest single component on the JointBrex panel, and the base the rest of the formula is built on.

The concentrated half of the dual-form turmeric approach, standardised so that most of it is the compounds actually studied.

A traditional Ayurvedic plant included as a supporting component, with an honest note on what its research actually covers.

The smallest amount on the panel and arguably the most functional inclusion in the entire formula.

How the JointBrex Formula Divides Up
One capsule delivers 125 mg of actives:
- Turmeric, dual form — 4:1 root extract (75 mg) plus 95% curcuminoid extract (30 mg), 105 mg combined
- Coleus Forskohlii extract — 15 mg
- BioPerine black pepper extract — 5 mg, for absorption support
Every figure above is printed on the Supplement Facts panel. There is no proprietary blend, which is what makes an ingredient-by-ingredient guide possible in the first place.
Safety notes across the JointBrex formula
- Blood thinners — curcumin has been discussed in relation to bleeding risk. Speak to your doctor first.
- Blood pressure medication — raise Coleus Forskohlii with your doctor.
- Any prescription medicine — piperine can affect how the body processes certain drugs.
- Gallbladder problems — discuss turmeric with your doctor.
- Gelatin capsule — not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
- Not for anyone under 18, or for pregnant or nursing mothers.
Ingredient Research Versus JointBrex Research
These pages describe research on the individual ingredients, generally at specific studied doses. The finished JointBrex capsule has not been through its own independent clinical trial, and nothing here should be read as implying otherwise.
For how the components are intended to work together, see how JointBrex works. For the label-versus-marketing discrepancy, see the main ingredients page.
